We are thrilled to announce that Mitch Osadchuk has joined our ranks as the new Executive Vice President of Global Football. With an illustrious career in coaching football, Mitch brings a wealth of experience, strategic vision, and a passionate commitment to the game.
In his new role, Mitch will be instrumental in shaping the future of global football, driving innovation, and overseeing the implementation of strategies designed to promote growth at all levels of Global Football. His proven track record of success in developing football programs and fostering international partnerships makes him the ideal leader to steer our initiatives.
Mitch has five years of college football coaching experience as a Special Teams Coordinator, Defensive Backs Coach, and Director of Strength & Conditioning at Siena Heights University football. During this time, he wore many other hats, such as NFL Liaison, Director of Travel, and recruiter of the state of Ohio; produced a 1st team all-conference player and/or All-American DB every season 2019-2024,
Mitch’s dedication to the sport and his visionary approach are sure to bring fresh perspectives and new opportunities to American football communities worldwide. Under his guidance, we are excited to embark on a journey towards fostering a more inclusive, competitive, and globally celebrated football ecosystem.
In 2012, Mitch first traveled with Global Football, then served as a Team Stars and Stripes Captain and Defensive Back in the 2015 Tazón de Estrellas game. Seeing the huge impact that Global Football had on young student athletes, Mitch decided to serve as a Global Football group coordinator starting in 2023. Since then, he has been on numerous trips across the globe with Global Football.

Coach Oz is responsible for recruiting the state of Ohio. During the summer months, Coach Oz supports the USA Football® National Team as a defensive backs coach, teaches at Jackson College, and serves as group coordinator for Global Football – an organization that takes American teams abroad to play internationally. As a player, he played organized football in six different countries (Canada, China, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and the United States).
